CENTER STANCE
The Mako excels when ridden with a hip forward (powerful) style of riding, with equal weight on both feet. The Mako is designed to be ridden off its rails, as it relys on its profile and bottom shape/concave for traction, not its fins. It has a huge amount of lateral resistance because of this, yet it has minimal drag. Its narrowness allows it to be ridden as aggressively toe side as heel side. When used as designed, riders exit turns as fast as they enter them.

SURE GRIP
4x grab areas are finished with a clear, sure-grip finish. Its like skatedeck tape!

CONCAVE
Youve never seen this much concave! Dont spray the water... Funnel it! Pushing water back crushes the bumps and increases hold! Concave also eliminates the need for a large board width... avoiding large transitions from heel side to toe side.


ACCESSORIES
1. Tri Density foot pads are comfortable and allow very quick ins and quick outs! Adjustable foot straps allow you to find the sweet spot.

CONSTRUCTION
The Mako utlizes ABS sandwich construction and surfboard shaping techniques.
- Prepreg bi-axle and tri-axle glass deliver strength, durability and a dialed flex pattern.
- Composite foam core (CFC) cut and shaped makes the board light and durable.
- Reinforced wooden heal pads means stomp your landings, not your board.
- Duraclear base for abusive behavior.
